At Petitchampi, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. If you receive a damaged or contaminated, we will exchange it for a new one at no additional cost to you.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds. Replacements are only provided for products that arrive damaged or contaminated. Mushroom kits that fail to grow are not eligible, as results depend on proper care and conditions after delivery.
To process an exchange, we require clear photographic proof of the damage or contamination. This helps us verify the issue and ensure a fair and prompt resolution for all our customers.
Conditions for Exchange:
- The product must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
- A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase must be included.
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- The damage, contamination, or defect must not have been caused by improper storage or handling.
Exchange Process:

Exceptions:
- Custom orders or special requests are not eligible for exchanges.
